Coming back from injury, getting back on track

I'm coming back from a six month broken ankle journey (long story short: misdiagnosed torn ligament, non union and finally surgery). I was working hard to get in shape with roller derby and a running program before the accident, but I'm back to square one (with the addition of needing to rehab before I can really pursue the activities I love). I let myself go, battled depression and gained 10 lbs. BUT I'm motivated to keep moving forward and making major changes to my eating habits. I could use some fitness pals who can relate.
