I've changed my lifestyle, but my fiance won't. Can anyone relate?

I have lost weight really slowly since having our second child. Over the past three years, the weight comes off a little bit each month. My husband just started eating less in the past six weeks or so. Sometimes the better half just needs time.1

keep in mind - but focus on the positive - but there's also a chance he will never get to the place you are with regard to desire for fitness. I believe people are who they are. Apart from individual decision points in life we do what we want; again, until we make a new decision. My hope is he joins you and you two fall deeper in love through this. But hope is not a plan or a strategy. Keep your mind right and your heart right.
Care for you. That's your responsibility. Best of luck.2
