Ready to resume my journey - 2lbs lighter than when I left!

Early this year I removed my MFP because it was getting too much for me and I felt I was becoming too consumed by my successes (and failures)! I wanted a time out and now I feel ready to approach my fitness journey again with a healthier mindset!
I'm Angela, I'm 21 and I am looking to lean up! I have set my goal to losing 6lbs, but am much more concerned with gaining muscle, cardiovascular fitness and improving my diet than I am with that particular number!
Would love to have a few buddies who perhaps share similar goals! I don't have a problem with "a calorie is a calorie, no matter what you eat" as what's important is what works for an individual, but as I haven't much to lose this journey is pretty focussed on improving the kinds of food I eat!
