Hot snacks

Options
Once we start heading towards winter, I am graving hot food and drink all the time. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions of fairly low-calorie, quick-to-make snacks that don't require the use of a microwave? Otherwise, I just go through gallons of tea with biscuits dunked in...

Some of my go-to snacks in the winter are: peanut butter toast, diced apples microwaved with cinnamon, roasted vegetables, and oatmeal. Nothing wrong with having a gallon of tea on the side :)

Stuffed mushroom caps - a little seafood and breadcrumbs; chicken sausage and cheese; diced veggies and a little cheese; marinara, garlic, and parmesan. Lots of options! You can freeze them and just toss a few in the oven for 10 minutes.
    Instant miso soup
English muffin with laughing cow cheese or cream cheese
Half of a high fiber English muffin with a teaspoon of marinara sauce and a little cheese (around 100 calories)

Half a grilled cheese will usually do it for me. Small, quick, warm snack. Use the right products, and this can total under 100 calories!
