snack ideas please

i need more protein in my diet and im not sure what i can eat for a snack besides peanut butter or eggs for protein. i need more ideas please!

    Rivita crisp bread loaded with tuna mixed with 1 tablespoon of extra light mayo, diced pepper, cucumber, and a handful of cress! Loaded full of protein and only about 150 calories.

    Almonds, cheese sticks or baby bell, turkey pepperettes, Greek yogurt, peanut butter on an apple or celery. ~

    Do you like hummus? I usually have an afternoon snack of hummus and raw veggies.

    Triscuit Thins with a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese.

    butter lettuce layered with cheese and turkey or ham or roast beef rolled up

    raw almonds

    pepperoni with crackers and cheese

    turkey with mustard and crackers

    celery with hummus

    Grabbing a protein bar is a quick and easy way to get protein in between meals.

    If you like to cook and have the time then there are loads of recipes out there- try Googling for protein cookies, protein flapjacks and protein energy balls.
