Nice article focusing on the training side of why people struggle to put on mass. Note, article states in 3rd sentence that dietary factors are a enormous driver, this article hits up problems with training.

    It seems to go into way too much detail on genomes and DNA and his opinion on training with not much useful information on practical application.

    Thank you for posting this article! Very timely for me as my workouts are slacking off as the weather cools. This line is awesome: "You need to sweat, you need to push, and you need to do this day after day after day." I think I'll write that down in a few places
