I have officially hit the 70 pound mark.

HW: 228
CW: 157.6
GW: Unsure.... 130ish... all depends on my body composition, I'm not too concerned over the number.
Everyone in my "real" life consistently ask "Whats your secret?"
There is NO secret.
Perseverance, HARD work, time, knowledge and my food scale have been the keys to my success.
