Down 5 lbs my first week back :)

I haven't even added exercise in yet. I'm really happy. I gained a bunch of weight from not walking for months (bum ankle). I've been stressed so I haven't eaten much of anything the last couple days and I don't expect over 5lbs every week but whatever. I am having a bad few days and I want to be happy about something. lol. So yay me! I also had 2-3 days where I definitely over ate (pizza...) so Im surprised I lost as much as I did. :blush: I'm still around 219 but Im thinking at this rate I could be under 200 by the end of next month. Yay!

    Great job! Keep your head up. I'm recovering from an ankle being broke in 3 places. And I gained the most weight that I've been. So i can relate. But MFP and 3 months later I'm down 26 Lbs. And counting :D
