Hi!

I'm Vanessa, I'm 31, a first-time mom to an 11-month-old, and I'm starting over tracking with MFP for the nine billionth time ;) I started my pregnancy almost 50lbs over my desired weight, then gained 33lbs during my pregnancy. I lost every single pound of baby weight....and then I gained back ten pounds!

Besides being a SAHM, my husband sometimes works very long hours, and I'm also working on training to become a childbirth educator, and will soon be in training to become a doula. I already feel stretched thin, and I'm really struggling with my decision to try to track calories again. I'm nervous about giving myself one more thing to worry about doing every single day. But I'm continuing to gain weight, so I recognize that something needs to change.
