Work out motivation support... anything

Hi all,

I've never really posted much here, but i figure now is as good as any time. I was doing great at one point in my weight loss, but constantly get hung up. My biggest problem is getting active during the week. I Currently live in Ontario, California. If any one can maybe get together for some low impact workout, I would be grateful for the support. Currently i most stick to cycling, because i have a bad knee which make running and others things hell. If anyone might wanna set up a few days please post up. Thanks.
