New to MFP...Just saying hello

I was a gym rat for most of my 20s, but I went back to school and got my masters degree in software engineering, had a couple of kids, and got all caught up in my work. It all went by so fast and now I need to undo about 7 years of bad eating habits. I spend my free time coaching youth hockey and I want to lead by example in terms of fitness and eating habits. (Practice what I preach basically)

This application appears to be very well made. Making updates is easy because the app is so fun to use. Now I want to start exploring what the community section has to offer.
