I'm crazy. Beware!

Hi all! I'm over 300 lbs. from depression, mental problems and medicating with food. I'm trying to make positive changes in my life to eat healthier. Weight goes up and down my whole life. Anyone relate?

    First of all, welcome among your friends. Second, I'm around 250, and with light training and 1200 calories per day you will thank me in 4 months.

    Just do the walking for 30 min for first week

    For average calories per person is around 2100 not to lose any fat.
    So try taking it 1800 calories at first if you wanna take it slow.
