Weight loss slowed down

before I was losing weight each week like 1.5-3 lbs and now it stopped but I'm still working out doing lots of cardio (recently added in some at home strength training ) but my weight seems to be fluctuating more and not decreasing much ( I've started taking biotin for hair growth so maybe that plays a role) how do I break this cycle and get back to losing something every week? I still burn around 620 calories a workout ( workout 5 days a week) and consume less than 2000 calories a day ( approximately 1600 calories) but this is really frustrating now that the scale isn't moving much downwards.

SW: 245
CW: 237
Short term GW: 215-220

I would like to get to the 220 before January starts

Any comment would be helpful please!!

Has it stopped or slowed down? If its slowed down what is the average per week at the slower rate? If it has stopped how long since you have actually lost weight?

Are you weighing / measuring all your food?

You do realise it is highly unlikely that you will lose weight every week?
