My daughter told me about this Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) test and as I'm always trying to improve I gave it a go. His mother took him to many physicians to no avail. It wasn't until she saw a TV program that gave her a clue. Not necessarily total BS. But then I don't know to what you are actually referring to.
The CSIRO is an Australian government research entity, the total well being diet actually came out of some research (likely cooperative research by govt, a uni and a commercial entity), it is lower GI (not low carb) higher protein along with increased healthy fats. The university and mostly the commercial entity have commercialised the research which has resulted in the total well being diet and meal replacement products.
The test is marketed against the Australian government dietary guidelines which are more or less the same as many other countries.
Nothing wrong with low GI, nothing wrong with a higher protein and certainly nothing wrong with increased healthy fats.
Not a scam, they even give a refund if someone adheres to the diet.
I looked at the diet, but couldn't be bothered using the app to record meals etc, don't like following a set plan and the recipes didn't suit me personally. There are plenty of people who can be bothered using the app, following the plan and plenty that like the recipes and they have had good success.

6pkdreamer, a lower GI diet can help those with insulin issues keep their blood sugars a little more balanced. At the end of the day do what works for you for weight loss and health. Some people get so caught up in weight loss that that they forget about the health part.

Tiptoe I only did the test on line to see shat score I would get. I have not signed up or spent a cent. It was just out of interest and keeping and open to all ideas.0
