Hello! I'm new here

Hi there

I'm new to MFP, been on here a week or two and never thought to visit the boards and see if there is any one else nearby or wanting to share their efforts/experience/pain/progress (you get the idea!). So... here I am!

Does anyone else want to do weights in the gym, rather than a class like BodyPump, but just can't work up the courage to go near the weights area thanks to all the guys (sorry guys) hogging the kit? I find it so intimidating and wish I didn't, any tips to help me get over this fear?

    Welcome to MFP. My exercise routine involves anything outdoors. Sadly I become quite lazy when winter rolls around and I have to push myself to lift any weights. I find lifting weights boring.
