Hi everybody.
If I don't post now (I made my account five minutes ago) I know I'll end up as a lurker! I'm pretty shy. My friend told me this site helped her lose 15 pounds. I'm 100 pounds away from my goal weight but I really struggle with motivation, or more than that, whenever I try to do something I get paralytic! So I'm hoping to change that.
Anyway, nice to meet you all... I'm Sam.
