Runner's World 24-Week Training Program

Options
Getting back into running after long absence. Easing myself in with the Runner's World 24-Week Training Plan. This week it's:
  • Run 30 seconds, Walk 2 minutes Repeat 12 times.
Used this program eons ago when I first dropped a bunch of weight and got into running and it's very gentle on the body.

    Any program which starts slow and doable and increases from there is probably a good program. welcome back.
