I've had 3 babies all 2 years apart! After having babies I was at 195lbs. I lost a little in two years but on my youngests 2md birthday I started again. I'm on day 100! You can do this! You need to be your own cheerleader first and foremost!! Find things that can help motivate! I bought an elliptical machine. Also, finding new fun food that is healthy can be exciting!! Set small goals and keep increasing as you go. It does time. But it's pure science...if u eat a certain amount of calories you will lose weight! My fitness pal has truly been a life saver!! You got this!!! And add me if u wanna chat! And also...huge congrats on a new baby!!

Nice job on the weight loss so far!!

My goal weight is 190 pounds - I started at 227 about 6 weeks ago and today I weigh in at 214.5, which is a 12.5 pound loss. Not as much as yours, and I still have a ways to go, but just wanted to share. Staying motivated to keep reaching for your goals can be challenging at times but, for me, I try to keep myself as disciplined as possible.

I saw how much weight you have lost so far, and that's really cool!!

Like you, I also purchased exercise equipment to keep me motivated - a Bowflex extreme gym, and this thing rocks - it definitely keeps me motivated!! I have found My Fitness Pal a daily ritual and habit now, plus I also started a diary to write down thoughts and feelings, which helps.

I'm fighting the baby-weight battle, too!
Great job on losing weight so far.
I went from 205 to 190 in the weeks following birth, but I've stayed there.
I've walked everyday, and now I'm finally doing big girl exercises again.
Goal is 165 (secretly 155, but I'd be pleased as punch to be 165 again).
    Good luck!
