So I finished a plan I was doing 2 weeks ago and although I was maintaining it as best I could last weekend went bad but then again it was so ridged what I had done I kinda said life is for living every now and again. But now I'm kinda been bad all week.
Had a spot check weigh in in class the other day and was still maintaining my weight loss and had lost some further inches but now I feel I'm nearly back to square one as Iv eat sooooooo much crap over the last 3 days. It was my dads birthday today and cake was everywhere

Don't worry about the past 3 days. Figure out what you can learn from it, then get back on track this evening.0

It sounds like you need to figure out a new plan. It's great you lost weight on your 2 week plan, but it sounds like you were miserable. For consistent loss, you need to figure out a meal plan that works for you. It's okay to go off plan once in a while. When this happens, just acknowledge your mistake and move on. What were you doing the 2 weeks that was making you miserable? For me, eating tons of veggies to supplement smaller portions of higher calorie options keeps me happy!0
