Right, I am having trouble trying to shift the flab off my abs. I try to keep away from naughty foods like crisps, pizza and beer.
This week, for the next 2 I'm reducing mt fat intake and beer will be kept to a max of 8 pints.

You can't spot reduce, so as long as cutting down on those items puts you in a calorie deficit you'll lose weight (though likely not enough in two weeks to see a visible change).1
