Late Night Snack Ideas

I'm a snacker. I don't care what it is half the time but it literally is my unwind. I don't drink so replace that relaxing glass of wine with a crunchy snack & that's me.

Anyone have any fool proof snack ideas?!

They can be sweet or salty but I'm big on the crunch

I usually do popcorn the brand I use for a night time snack is 3 cups for only 150 cal

I know this is strange, but frozen grapes are amazing! Make sure they freeze at least overnight so they are frozen completely.

Otherwise celery is good with some Greek yogurt dip! Air popped popcorn!
Homemade potato chips (no oil).

Thanks for all the great ideas!!!! I am going to add some stuff to my grocery list and try them out. I would have never thought cucumber with salt, btw. I'm excited to try that one. I LOVE Skinny Pop popcorn

My favorite late night snack is half an apple with 1 tsp of peanut or almond butter. Crunchy, sweet, a little savory and just the right amount without filling you up too much.
