Hello everyone!

I joined MFP after many attempts to lose weight and always giving up! I have tried a various amounts of diets which always end up with me giving up and feeling worthless as I can never do it!

I saw a picture of me that other half took on holiday and couldn't believe how fat I was! I was in tears and ended up spending the rest of the holiday in jumpers to cover it up! It was then that I decide I needed to do something about it. I needed to take back control and get myself back!

I started as soon as I get back! I am now on Day 3 and I feel like I am doing really well!
I plan to join the gym next week and do a few sessions to get my fitness levels up! I have also started walking to work, instead of getting the bus! I feel small changes will help me.

Please feel free to add me for support, guidance and a chat and in return I will do the same.
I can't promise that my everyday will be perfect but I do know that I need to do this for myself!
