Trying this app for the first time. Not wanting to lose much weight. Just wanting to get back into running again. My weight has been hovering around 180. I'm thinking 165-170 should be good. Never kept track of calories and what I ate so this is definitely different for me. My calorie goal is 1970 and so far I've been able to come in under the goal. Think mostly because I usually don't eat breakfast. Anyway, here's to hoping I can learn a lil something and get back into the 5 and 10K races.
