Your English is a bit hard to decipher but I gather you burn 300 doing cardio. Then do an hour of wieght training. Depending on intensity I'd say it's a safe modest guess to put you around 500-600 calories burned in total.

Calorie burns are dependent on height, weight, age, gender, exertion level and more. ONE average number is meaningless.

The point of exercise should really be fitness & health. Sure, it burns a few calories. But watching portions is going to go a whole lot further. Besides if you only did exercise for the calorie burn you might skip strength training altogether. Strength training (while burning fewer calories) is very important while losing weight. It's one of the things that helps you lose a larger percentage of fat (as opposed to losing lean muscle mass).

    45 min session.

10 sets of 10 reps supersets of bench press and fly. Then 10 x 10 assisted pull ups.

    60 rest between sets.

Burned 282 calories. However sedentary burn for 45 Mins would be approx 60 kcal. So.. Prob about 200ish kcal extra per 45 Mins for me

It's different for everyone. The heavier you are, the taller you are, the more fit you are, how hard you push yourself. The only way to be somewhat accurate, in my opinion, is to use an app/device that also takes into account your heart rate. Even then it's never going to be perfect.
