What's the minimum amount you should workout?
I have a tight schedule so I literally have to write it in or it wont happen.

I have about 15 lbs I want to lose and i'm working on toning/trying to build muscle...

Right now I do a minimum of 30 mins once a week w/my personal trainer and 1 hr bootcamp. I do cardio and strength training.

From what I have read - a minimum of two heavy lifting workouts a week (3 is optimal, 4 is too much). I don't know about cardio, but I tend to do at least some cardio every day...but a lot of walking, not really pushing hard like my lifting routine (I run 3 miles on lifting days and walk most of the rest of the days).

With a solid nutrition plan, I would say if you could add one more session with the personal trainer, then those along with your bootcamp, and you'd probably be in a good position to reach your goal. If you can try to fit in a couple of the 10-12 minute workouts listed below at your house on days where you're not training or bootcamping, then you might expedite the progress a bit more.

This is just an example of some of the many 10-12 minute workouts that will help burn bodyfat. You might find others by a google/youtube search. Good luck!
