Why does this app reflect so many calories for black coffee?

It doesn't...select an appropriate entry...there are many incorrect entries in the database...most of them are user entered.0

I drink black coffee. I can drink it with cream & sugar..I prefer just cream..but I also can drink it black. I decided I'm not wasting 30 calories on a cup of coffee w/cream. Black for now
