My name is Lizzy. I'm about 250 pounds and I really want to lose weight. I don't have many problems with self image and I think I look very nice for my weight, but I still want to feel better about myself. I want to feel healthier, happier, and just overall great. I don't eat too horribly, but I do sit around a lot of the day. My main goal is to start exercising more! Thank you for reading and feel free to friend me ^^ Support is always welcome.

Find something you like to do : walk, bike ride, jog, dance, lift weights, etc. If you like it, you will stick to it.
Once you decide what you truly like, schedule it in your day and don't let excuses prevent you from doing it. Life happens and sometimes it's ok to let it go, but if life happens often then that is where you can't let it become a new excuse for not being active.
Start small and work up. A 5 minute exercise is better than no exercise.
Weight loss is done in the kitchen. So keep track of calories. Weigh your food every chance you get.
Bad days will come and go. So just pick youself back up and get back on track.
If you want this bad enough, you will stay committed to your plan.0
