Hello.
I have only been using the app for 2 day now and Ive noticed that by the end of the day according to my diary ive not had enough intake of vitamins and minerals.
I had a sandwich that had a generous portion of spinach ( rich in vitamin a as well as othe vitamins and minerals ) for a sandwich and yesterday I had an egg mayo sandwich, ( hard boiled eggs having vitamins and minerals in ) the day before. I know may will add other fats and ingredient but it should take out vitamins and minerals from the eggs but my diary says I haven't had anything,
Has any one else had this problem. on one hand it makes feel good in myself that im making a conscious decision to eat what its telling me but on the other hand its making me feel im not getting any vitamins and minerals.
Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated
