One of my friends recommended I use them for dinner which I never manage to eat? Rather than buying junk and having a binge late afternoon when I'm famished.

Is this a good idea? I have never agreed with meal replacement shakes to lose weight. BUT I do kinda see her point.

((Please note I am not replacing food with a shake, I always struggle to eat dinner so just don't eat it.))

If you are not hungry for dinner, don't eat dinner. Just like breakfast isn't required, dinner isn't required either. What makes you struggle about eating dinner?

Usually busy and forget :') Or just don't feel hungry. My problem is that binge late afternoon but before tea. If I have tea earlier I binge in the evening. On days I do eat dinner I don't binge at all! It's just so hard, so much of a chore to eat dinner!

I have an idealshape shake every morning for breakfast just because I am lazy and don't have time to make anything. They are low cal when mixed with almond milk. I like them. I only replace one meal though - I would be cranky and hungry if I did two meals as shakes.
