Nutrition and exercise

Hello This is Aj,
I am on a journey to loose some more weight (15lb lost already) and I am looking for people to share /exchange info about diet and exercise. My avg diet before was ard 15% protein, 25% fat and rest carbs. Thats what I found out by logging in my diet in MFP. Now after reading and doing some research I am changing it to abt 40 % protein , 20% fat and rest as carbs.(Its hard as i dont prefer to eat lean meat more than ones week)
My avg calories intake was 1500-1600 cal before and i have same intake now but burning 600-800 calories a day by doing excercise. Please feel free to comment and guide me if you think i should change my approach.
I am at 228 lb 32%bf and goal is to lose 40 lbs of fat
