Charley Horse

So I've been having the same Charley Horse just about every single morning right when I wake up. It is in my right calf. I drink plenty of water, take potassium supplements. The Charley Horse I can stand but now I have this pain that's tender to touch. It does not bother me while walking or exercise at all only if it brushes something or like i said if I touch it. It's about the same area on my calf to the inside of my leg near my knee. It almost feels bruised!

I can't see a doctor right now, just checking to see if anyone can relate and any other suggestions to prevent the charley horse all together. I stretch alot too so im at a loss.
