Any apps for arm exercises?

Hello MFPers. I have been running 3 times a week thanks to the 5K runner app on my iphone and I even did one round of a squat challenge by using an app I found. I am struggling however, to find anything that I can use for exercise ideas for my arms. I really need to step up my game and get some toning exercises for my upper body. I am limited somewhat in that I can not do push ups due to a knee injury that prevents me from placing direct pressure on my left knee cap. Would wall push ups be better than none? Any suggestions for easy ways or apps to use to track arm exercises would be MUCH appreciated! Thanks so much!
