Hi! I'm 22, 5'5" and about 175. I've told myself a million times I would make a habit of exercising but always fall off the wagon. I'm hoping this can help motivate me a bit! I'd like to be at about 150-145 by Christmas. Holidays are the hardest time to do that but I want to challenge myself! Let's do this!!

    When you are closer to goal, weight loss is slower. Smaller people expend fewer calories.....so big deficits become healthy.

    Pound per week goals
    75+ lbs set to lose 2 lb range
    Between 40 - 75 lbs set to lose 1.5 lb range
    Between 25-40 lbs set to lose 1 lb range
    Between 15-25 lbs set to lose 1 -.50 lb range
    Less than 15 lbs set to lose 0.5 lbs range

    Any weight you do lose by then is a good thing.

    We are about similar in height and weight - but I've got 10 years on you clocking in at 32 lol. While your goal is truly truly truly unrealistic/unhealthy - it doesn't hurt to aim high. My current goal is to be down to 160 by Christmas Eve (my current weight is 172). That's a little over a pound a week until then. You are 100% right - holidays are the HARDEST time to put the weight OFF and not ON - but just like you - I am SOOOOO down for the challenge! Feel free to add me as friend. We can push each other through this holiday season and help keep one another accountable. Race ya to the finish line?? :)

    I'm looking to lose 20 pounds by Christmas, still challenging but more doable. Please add me, I definitely need accountability through the holiday season, with so many temptations, extra motivation to go to the gym, etc...it takes a village!

    Hello im 5"5 weigh 200 pounds and looking to loose 15 pounds by christmas i jus beleive in me myself as well as my workout and ask GOD with GOD all things are possible good luck!!!
