Serves 6 143cals without rice
500 g Stewing beef or chicken
2 Onions
2 tins chopped tomatoes
Tbsp Tom Puree
3rd jar Mango Chutney
2 beef oxo
2/ 4 Sharwoods medium curry powder
1 Sweet potato
Baby Sweetcorn
Roughly chop onions n sweat off in some oil until soft. Add beef and brown slightly then add curry powder and allow to coat beef and onion, crumble in 2 beef oxo add tomato puree, chutney, tinned tomatoes and one can of boiled water. You can then add sweet potato and sweetcorn then just cook slowly until beef tender.
