These past weeks, I've been losing weight easily. I'm eating 1800 calories and I workout regularly. Aside from working out, I have an active lifestyle anyways. I'm able to lose a pound a week this way and even some weeks I'll lose 1.5lbs. Visibly, there's a difference too. I look a lot thinner.

Because of this, I never bothered to check the nutrients category of this app. But today, out of curiosity, I did. I was shocked to see that some days I get up to 100g of sugar.

Should I be worried about this? It hasn't hindered weight loss, but I know too much sugar is bad for you anyways. Can people consume more sugar when they're more active? Thanks!
