Advice from a Guy who lost over 180lb, introducing my new YouTube channel

Hello Everyone,
My name is Jesse, several years ago I weighed over 333lbs and after 2 years of hard work with no special diets, trainers, or drugs, I lost over 180lbs. I'm here to tell you today that you can to,you just have to believe in yourself and win the battle in your mind before you fight it in the gym or the kitchen. You have to decide that you want to be healthy, not just lose weight.
I'm asking you to fall in love with yourself and the process and not the goal. If you do, I guarantee you amazing things will happen for you.
I've got helpful advice for everyone, no matter if you are trying to lose that first 10 or last 10, I've been there and want to help you find the Happiest Healthiest You that you can be, each day. I post motivational rants almost daily, and publish my food journal and workouts as well.
Today I'm introducing my new YouTube channel that I just created this morning, only 1 video (my intro) so far but a channel of a thousand videos begins with 1, right?
