What are your stats? How are you measuring your calorie intake?0

Are you tracking all your calorie intake? Are you measuring out your food with a food scale, set to grams? Are you eating at the correct calorie deficit for your weight loss goals?0

3 weeks is insufficient time to determine whether or not you are losing fat. Just try to be consistant in your approach and evaluate after 6-8 weeks.1

It's called statistical noise. The only thing that matters is the long term trend. If you graph your weight over a six month period AND you're tracking accurately you will see a lot of up and down jogs in the line, but the trend will be downward.0

What did you eat on the cheat day? Two slices of toast doesn't sound like cheating.
What counts is consistency over time, and what counts for weight is overall trend. Your weight will fluctuate due to all sorts of reasons, mostly water. A 4lb gain overnight is not fat, it's water, and it will go away again. To gain 4lb of fat you would have to eat 14,000 calories over maintenance. That's a heck of a cheat day. So relax, and read up on water retention. It happens. Understanding and accepting it will make your journey much easier.0 -
As per your other thread (that was closed) you are only eating 190 calories a day. And lost 10lbs in 4 days.

OP, please speak with a professional about your eating behaviors4 -
Dieting doesn't work. Eat the calories given by MFP.0
