How do you folks count a homemade cheeseburger? Just wondering if I have to factor in all the fixins or if it's already counted. What do you think?

Weigh and log everything seperately, and don't use any generic burger entries.

I've done the same, logged all the individual components that is, but created it as a recipe with two servings. That way if I decide to make the same burgers again for the family it's right there ready.

Right: when I make apple pie I take th apples, the wheat flour, the butter and olive oil each separately and log them according to th amounts I used. A generic pie entry or hamburger entry wouldn't come close I don't think. oh and the cinnamon and if I add walnuts to that also.

Yup - Log everything, from the leanness of the beef to any and all things you put on there. It does take a lot of time but its a must.
