Nearly there!! then to maintain??

I think i might nearly have reached my goal weight... I have been dreaming of this for so long!I will celebrate my great victory and am very very delighted.

BUT, what after? To maintain forever more,and no lovely weigh ins and progress to keep me motivated and on track? Eeek- excited for success but nervous for the future... one challenge ends, another great challenge begins right? Keepin on keepin on!!

    Maintenance is a different challenge because of the lack of excitement. Some people feel a need to find new challenges: weight lifting, running, whatever. You once said you wanted to be a Zumba instructor. Could that be your next challenge?

    Also, from what you've posted in your newsfeed recently, a healthy relationship with food might be another, vital goal.

    Yeah. I'm still actually about 200lbs off maintainence as it happens so I have time to think about it. I want to be a Zumba instructor maybe also teach dancing, stuff like that as well as my normal work. I think a healthy relationship with food is hardest of all, and i think it is needed for maintainence.
