What time of day is your weight accurate?

What is the best time of day to weigh? Is it before breakfast? After you go to the bathroom? Number one or two? First thing in the morning before anything?

Clothes on or off?

    To answer your topic question.

All times of the day. Whatever I happen to weigh whenever I happen to weigh that weight would be accurate.

To answer what I think you're trying to ask.

It doesn't matter when you weigh yourself, though you're most likely to weigh the least first thing in the a.m. after using the bathroom, just be consistent with that time of day whenever you weigh otherwise you'll see larger fluctuations in your numbers.

Every moment of any day - what I weigh will be accurate.

But if you mean how do I keep a relatively accurate track I weigh once a week at the same time, same day, post ablutions and in my birthday suit. :D

Why would you weigh with clothes on? What does that have to do with your body weight? Really, anytime of day is going to be accurate...but you have natural body weight fluctuations due to intake of food and liquid (yeah...this stuff has weight), waste, water retention/release, etc. Most people weigh first thing in the morning before they eat anything...but really, the more important thing is to be consistent...same time and same conditions. If you are for some reason weighing in clothed it should be the same clothes. Consistency.

I always weigh after peeing, clothes off, and before getting a drink of water. I can drink a lot of water in one go so it would actually add a pound or two if I drank first.

I weigh myself in the morning after I go to the bathroom and before I eat or drink anything. I think it's generally a good idea to have a consistent routine that's convenient for you.
