Weekly goal

I am 5ft and I have a quick question. When I go to nutrition and see my weekly stats it says 700 under, does that mean I could eat those if I go over one day. Last night I went out with my friends and we ended up leaving the club and going to IHOP at 4 am and added it to my diary. Now it says I have 34 under net this week. Did I ruin this week or did I stay on track still since I was under the weekly goal?

You stayed on track. Weekly under there is under your goal. Your goal has the deficit in it. So all's good :)

Thanks!! I mean there was nothing I could do about it now but I was just curious for the future.

So here's the thing with cheat meals and such. Typically they're not going to make or break you (unless you're doing it a lot, and eating a lot too).
So basically if you're eating -500/day, for 6 days a week; then you go have a cheat meal you're probably still going to be at a net loss for the week. Lets say you had a 2k extra meal, well you're still at -1000 calories overall. You might also see a scale fluctuation due to sodium/carbs, but it's usually pretty tough to eat 2-3lbs worth of "extra" calories. People get pretty obsessed with this stuff unnecessarily.

I go out to eat/have a couple of drinks once a week usually. It hasn't substantially effected my progress because I'm aware of what I'm doing, and I tend not to overdo it either.
