Hi,
I'm Tom from Norfolk in the UK. I joined 'myfitnesspal' last year with a view to tracking calories and cardio exercise to break through a weight loss plataue, but found that keeping tabs on everything didn't really feel right for me in the end. However, over this last year I have started to do resistance training and have found this very helpful for improving strength and fitness while eating a 'Low Carb High Fat' diet, which I've more strongly adhered to since the summer.
Over the last four years I've reduced my weight by over 6st (84lbs/38kg) and by now I no longer have a goal weight as such, but am more interested in getting rid of the belly fat and improving general fitness / body composition.
I've found reading others stories helpful so I thought I might add something of my own.
