You actually can post pics with the app. At the top of the reply box there is options or text size and appearance. There is also a camera pic at the far right which can be used to attach photos from " your photos " or you can browse for some.

Had various piercings over the years (cheeks hence the dimples) but this is all I have now.

Also got a few tattoos but my favourites are my frogs

No, that's through a browser. The actual app there's no camera option.
