Losing weight when working nights?

I work at Amazon, and as you can probably imagine, it gets a little crazy and demanding around this time of year. Normally we work 10 hours a day, 4 days a week, but now that we've hit "pre-peak" they're requiring us to work 12 hour shifts either 4 or 5 days a week in a row. And that can be both physically and mentally draining, especially considering I'm on my feet for most of my shift.
On top of it all, I work nights. I go in at 6PM and get off at 6:30AM, so already my eating habits are screwed. I'm not sure how to go about meal prepping or what to bring for snacks, etc. I've been stuck somewhat in a plateau and I'm trying to get past it.
Do any of you have some tips for me on how I should space out my meals and what kinds of foods I should be eating? We get a 15 minute break and two 30 minute breaks throughout my shift if that helps any.
Literally any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
Also, if any of you are in a similar position as me and want to text back and forth, then please let me know! It would really help to have an accountability buddy who understands the struggles of working nights on top of long hours.

Honestly, it just sounds like you have a day that's reversed in AM and PM. I don't work nights, but you can treat whenever you wake up as a normal "morning" with breakfast, then lunch at 11-12AM, then dinner once you get off.
I would stick to the same meals, as long as they get you in that calorie deficit, the time you eat doesn't matter much. You might want to look up meal planning/prepping in advance and low-calorie recipes.0
