It's time to do work

Good morning or night depending on where you are on the globe.

I finally joined this site after my doctor recommended it so that I can keep better track of my eating habits and curve my fat kid ways. I started my journey at 280 lbs and I'm currently now hovering around 250 lbs with a goal of getting down to 200 lbs.

Just wanted to spread some positive vibes out there to you all. Whatever your target goal may be just know you got this, take it one day at a time. If you put in the effort your body will reward you, so let's do work.

Now I'm gonna attempt to move from my bed so I can get my workout of the day over with.
