My new Comfort Zone

I ate a donut with the gang at work yesterday and it was 400 calories!!!!! :drinker: :drinker: :drinker:  :blushing: But I'm not beating myself up:flowerforyou: What is so wonderful about the things I've learned on MFP is that we can have treats and not deny/deprive ourselves. I just allow for those "extra" calorie treats by a little extra exercise, and staying within my calorie range the next day. For me, quite honestly though, I need to limit those treats as I can easily get in the habit of eating goodies. I guess it really can be an addiction but for me, so can eating right;)
If it's anything I pray for everyone here it's to not be afraid of food, but to find a new comfort zone. I don't get hungry or have that terrible "starved" and shakey feeling anymore. I know my body is getting the hydration it needs(water)and wow, to know I ate my vegies and fruit, along with my faves, protein, carbs and dairy. I think I sound like a commercial but I just feel so much better.
I tried on my "size" smaller jeans and comfortably wore them to work yesterday:drinker: Yeehaw!!
If anyone is having trouble with the food planning, please write me a message and I can show you my food diary. I mean mine is not fancy by any means but it works. My working hours are bizarre too but I've figured out how to eat just as well as if I am at home for every meal.

PS I think this was supposed to go under support or encouragement, apologies;)
