Hey everyone, whats your top 3 lower ab exercises, wether gym or home workout. List your max reps and sets so we can all give them a try

3. Ankle weights - Bent knee leg lifts 20reps 3sets (slow negatives)
2. Medicine Ball - Basic Crunch 30reps 3sets ( Deep contraction at rep Completion)
1. Straight leg lifts / Hip Raise 20reps 2sets ( Slow negative & pause 5seconds in the air when reaching starting position.)
