Hi!
I am starting an accountability group called Kardio Kickstart! We are a group that supports one another with individual goals weekly. If you are interested in joining please comment here and I will send you an invite! This will be a positive group with encouragement and dedication! The goal of my group is to make sure all my members will reach the goals they set by the help of others and myself!
