Just the kick in the pants I needed

I went to see a nutritionist as a way of jumpstarting my journey and lighting a fire under me. I was all good for spending the $75 each session (a total of 4-6) until the guy stated he would monitor my journaling on MFP. Why would I pay $75 for a service that's free?
It lit a fire under me alright. I am dedicated to journaling and joining 3-5 posts per day. I also plan to post when I am feeling in the mood to binge.
When I meet my goal, I plan to take the $450 and get a massage and buy some new clothes.

Yeah- do it yourself! It is good to have an outside eye to catch mistakes, but you can read the recommended threads, starters guides, and ask questions to figure most of it out yourself anyways.1

All sorts of support here. Just ask any question and lots of people will advise and guide you. I did and I'm doing really well1
