Wondering why this site isn't secure and the padlock isn't showing up.

I just noticed in my ULR the padlock isn't there. It looks like i . Why is this. I use Chrome and also tried other browsers and same thing.

    they don't pay for an SSL, that's what you're referencing. SSLs are ridiculously cheap too.
